Soccer Recap: Fort Morgan Takes a Loss

Fort Morgan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-2 to the George Washington Patriots. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Fort Morgan of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Fort Morgan's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for George Washington, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Fort Morgan will square off against Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for George Washington, they will venture away from home to challenge Standley Lake at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
