            Volleyball Recap: Benton Panthers vs. Shiloh Christian Saints        
        
		
        
        
            Benton and Shiloh Christian squared off in some playoff action  on Monday, but Benton had to settle for second. They came up short against  the Saints, falling  3-0. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Saints earlier this season, when they won  2-1.
Benton's offense was headlined by  Sahara Stamps and  Bella Gonzalez, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from  Vivian Hope and her seven assists. She was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with two aces.
 Shiloh Christian found their leader in freshman  Bristol Bonanno, who  had 23  digs and one  assist. Bonanno is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 11 or more in each of the last eight games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Kennedy Brown, who  had 23  assists and three  digs.
Benton has  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-10 record  this season. As for Shiloh Christian, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-14-1 record  this season.
 Benton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Shiloh Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  3-0  win against Greenbrier on the 28th.
