There's no place like home for Crestview, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Archbold Blue Streaks 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Knights have posted against the Blue Streaks since August 26, 2017.

While Crestview might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Archbold scored at least 11 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-18, 25-21, 19-25, 15-11.

Kaci Gregory paced Crestview's offense, picking up 19 kills. Gregory got some help from Emily Lichtle and her 23 assists. Gregory also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Ayla Kreischer, each putting up two.

Crestview is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Archbold, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-7.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Crestview and Parkway will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Archbold does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
