Baseball Recap: Yucaipa Comes Up Short

Yucaipa fell victim to Cajon and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to the Cowboys. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Thunderbirds have suffered since February 17, 2024.

Yucaipa got a good showing from Blake McGilvary, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. McGilvary has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in eight consecutive appearances.
