Football Game Preview: James Monroe vs. Spotsylvania

James Monroe have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Spotsylvania at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.

James Monroe have had to suffer through a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against King George by a score of 21-7 two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out between Spotsylvania and Caroline. Spotsylvania put a hurting on Caroline to the tune of 51-12. With Spotsylvania ahead 27-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

James Monroe took the match and then some with a 42-3 win the last time the two teams met over Spotsylvania. Will James Monroe repeat their success, or does Spotsylvania have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
