Volleyball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Lakeview Bulldogs, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-15, 25-11.

Lakeview found their leader in freshman Ella Gough, who had ten digs and three aces. Gough has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last six times she's played.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Lakeview, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Trinity nor Lakeview have any future games scheduled.
