Basketball Recap: Lakeview Takes a Loss

Lakeview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 68-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 69-37 back in January.

Lakeview's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Tracy-Milroy-Balaton, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-4.

Looking ahead, Lakeview will take on Minneota at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tracy-Milroy-Balaton, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 59-54 victory against Westbrook-Walnut Grove on the 8th.
