Soccer Recap: Heartland Takes a Loss

Heartland managed to slip by Overland Christian the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Mustangs lost 3-0 to the Eagle on Friday. The match was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Heartland struggled afterwards.

Heartland is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4. As for Overland Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heartland will square off against Shawnee Mission Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Overland Christian, they will take on Clinton Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
