Baseball Recap: Horse Creek Academy Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Horse Creek Academy's offense. They came up short against the Gilbert Indians on Saturday, falling 15-0. The shutout was out of character for the Stallions seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in February.

Horse Creek Academy now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Gilbert, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-2.

Coming up, Horse Creek Academy will take on Newberry in a tournament on Saturday. As for Gilbert, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against White Knoll at 9:00 a.m.
