Pompano Beach won the last time they faced Taravella and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Golden Tornadoes walked away with a 3-1 win over the Trojans.

Pompano Beach walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 22-25, 25-14, 25-19.

Aeden Estes paced Pompano Beach's offense, picking up 16 kills. Estes got some help from Sebastian Palacios and his 43 assists. Estes was also solid from the service line: he led the team with nine aces.

Pompano Beach's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-9. As for Taravella, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5.

Pompano Beach has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Boyd Anderson on the 28th. As for Taravella, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Coral Glades on the 23rd.
