Basketball Recap: Hale County Comes Up Short

The Hale County Wildcats came up short against the Dothan Wolves on Saturday, falling 77-51. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hale County's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Dothan, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-1.

Hale County and Dothan should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings. Hale County (ranked 58th) will meet Marion (ranked 201st) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Dothan will challenge Park Crossing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 195 places (15 vs. 210).
