Volleyball Recap: Evergreen Lutheran's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Evergreen Lutheran waltzed into their matchup on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Muckleshoot Tribal Kings with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Kings, too.

While Evergreen Lutheran won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 25-23.

Evergreen Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Coming up, Evergreen Lutheran will take on Concordia Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles are facing the Hawks at the right time seeing as the Hawks are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, they will square off against Crosspoint Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
