Reed entered their tilt with Damonte Ranch on Saturday with 13 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 14. They walked away with a 6-2 win over the Mustangs. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 12-7 win on Saturday.

Kehaulani Tambaoan made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Tambaoan wasn't the only one making solid contact as seven players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Tiare Kanae, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Reed kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in seven consecutive matches.

Reed's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-3-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Damonte Ranch, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

Coincidentally, Reed and Damonte Ranch will both be playing Bishop Manogue the next time they take the field. The Raiders will head out to face the Miners at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, while the Mustangs will host them at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
