Volleyball Recap: Our Lady Academy Finds Playoff Glory Versus Jefferson County + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Our Lady Academy rose to the challenge on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Jefferson County Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Crescents.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Our Lady Academy took every set by at least 19 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-1, 25-6, 25-3.

Myah Favre paced Our Lady Academy's offense, picking up 16 kills. Favre got some help from Taylor Henley and her 24 assists. Henley also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Ashley Hall, each putting up eight.

Our Lady Academy's record is now 37-4. As for Jefferson County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.

Looking ahead, Our Lady Academy will square off against St. Andrew's Episcopal on Tuesday. Jefferson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
