Basketball Recap: Northside Christian Academy Crusaders vs. Camden Military Spartans
Northside Christian Academy took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (and then some). They took their contest with ease, bagging an 81-30 victory over the Camden Military Spartans.
Northside Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Cade McNeil out in front who went 6 for 8 en route to 18 points plus two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylan Weaver, who went 8 for 10 en route to 17 points plus two steals.
Camden Military dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
Northside Christian Academy will take on Spartanburg Day at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Camden Military, they will head out on the road to square off against Heathwood Hall Episcopal at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
