Baseball Recap: Murray Spartans vs. Hunter Wolverines
Murray waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Hunter Wolverines with a sharp 15-1 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 17-0 win on Wednesday.
Ryan Lobach looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
On the hitting side, Atticus Rogers was a standout: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs, four RBI, and one triple. What's more, he posted two hits, the most he's had since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Baylor Chappell, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and one double.
