Softball Recap: Hamden Green Dragons vs. Shelton Gaels

Hamden extended their losing streak to three on Monday, dropping their season record down to 4-15 in the process. They lost 14-2 to the Shelton Gaels. That's two games in a row now that the Green Dragons have lost by exactly 12 runs.

Looking ahead, Hamden will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against New London at 4:45 p.m. As for Shelton, they are taking a road trip to challenge North Haven at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Gaels are facing the Nighthawks at the right time seeing as the Nighthawks are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
