Sweetwater posted their biggest victory since December 17, 2024 on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Hilltop Lancers as the Sweetwater Red Devils made off with a 49-25 win. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Red Devils just coasted through the last quarter.

Hilltop lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Adrian Alvarez, who posted ten points and three steals. Alvarez has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Bryson Grant, who earned four points.

Sweetwater now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Hilltop, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-15.
