Softball Recap: Lowell Beats Galileo for Their Seventh Straight Victory

Lowell entered their tilt with Galileo on Thursday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They never let the Lions get on the board and left with a 23-0 win. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six runs or more this season.

Lowell pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Galileo, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.
