Pymatuning Valley won the last time they faced Maplewood and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Pymatuning Valley Lakers enjoyed a cozy 55-39 win over the Maplewood Rockets. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lakers.

Despite the loss, Maplewood saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ethan Nevinski went 6-for-13 en route to 17 points. Andrew Donaldson was another key player, putting up two points in addition to six rebounds, six steals, and five assists.

Pymatuning Valley's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Maplewood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.
