Chalmers Ballard Goes Supernova in Lucy Beckham Victory

Starting off the list is Lucy Beckham's Chalmers Ballard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Ballard rushed for 130 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also threw for 196 yards and a touchdown while completing 71.4% of his passes. Those 130 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Rivers Posts Huge Game in 30-22 Victory

Berkeley picked up their third consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Henry Rivers. Rivers was dynamite, rushing for 96 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries.

The win got Berkeley back to even at 3-3. Rivers and Berkeley will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Wando at 7:30 p.m. on October 18th.

Wando came up short on Friday despite Harris Stone delivering his best game to date. Stone threw for 249 yards and three touchdowns.
