Football Recap: Doddridge County's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to 11 + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Doddridge County rose to the challenge on Friday. They claimed a resounding 52-7 victory over the Logan Wildcats. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won eight matchups by 26 points or more so far this season.

Doddridge County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lyric Blake led the charge by rushing for 81 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries. What's more, Blake posted two rushing touchdowns, the most he's had since back in September. Another back making a difference was Caleb Hall, who gained 120 total yards and two touchdowns.

The win keeps Doddridge County at an undefeated 11-0. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.6 points on average this season. As for Logan, their loss dropped their record down to 8-3.
