St. Paul entered their tilt with John Paul II on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the John Paul II Guardians by a score of 47-38. This was payback for the Cardinals, who suffered a 64-36 loss the last time these two teams met.

St. Paul's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for John Paul II, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
