Baseball Recap: Ohio County Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Ohio County's offense. They came up short against the Daviess County Panthers on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost five in a row.

Ohio County got a good showing from Easton English, who pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits.

Ohio County now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Daviess County, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Ohio County will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Grayson County at 5:30 p.m. As for Daviess County, they are taking a road trip to challenge Breckinridge County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
