Basketball Recap: Southeast Alamance Extends Road Winning Streak to 12

Southeast Alamance extended their postseason success on Friday against West Craven. They walked away with a 52-43 win over the West Craven Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Stallions.

It was another big night for Shaniya Paylor, who posted 18 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Inysia McIver, who scored ten points in addition to six boards and three steals.

Southeast Alamance's victory was their 12th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.5 points on average over those games. As for West Craven, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 19-4 record.

Coming up, Southeast Alamance will face off against Goldsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Goldsboro will roll in looking for their 16th straight win, something Southeast Alamance surely won't give up without a fight. West Craven does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
