Carson Badger leads a balanced attack to beat Minarets

Recap: Liberty Hawks vs. Minarets Mustangs
The Liberty Hawks's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They snuck past Minarets with a 48-42 win. That's another feather in the cap for Liberty, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Liberty got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Carson Badger out in front who scored 15 points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Patton, who scored 13 points.
Liberty's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Minarets, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9.
Liberty will head out on the road to face off against Yosemite at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Minarets, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Fowler. Fowler is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
