Soccer Game Preview: Holt vs. Fultondale

The Holt Ironmen will face off against the Fultondale Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Holt and Montevallo, and Montevallo kept the tradition alive. The Ironmen lost 5-0 to the Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Fultondale can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They never let American Christian Academy get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. Fultondale's winning goal came courtesy of Jonathan Castro.

Holt's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-1. As for Fultondale, their victory bumped their record up to 5-9-4.
