It was a good run, but Providence Christian Academy unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-match winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Hebron Christian Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Storm of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2022.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-18.

Micah Davis paced Providence Christian Academy's offense, picking up four kills. Davis got some help from Sydney Cook and her ten assists. Emmy Moody controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Providence Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 31-8. As for Hebron Christian, the victory (which was their 34th in a row) raised their record to 41-2.

Providence Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Villa Rica on the 30th. As for Hebron Christian, they will challenge North Oconee on Thursday.
