Basketball Recap: New London Comes Up Short

New London was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Medford Raiders, falling 63-43. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

New London's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Medford, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-8.

New London will host Xavier at 7:00 p.m. on January 21st. As for Medford, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 63-30 win against Tomahawk on the 14th.
