Volleyball Recap: Riverbend Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Riverbend Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the First Baptist Christian Academy Crusaders, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14, 25-12.

Riverbend Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for First Baptist Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season.

Riverbend Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for First Baptist Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge St. Joseph Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
