East Duplin extended their postseason success on Friday against Southwest Onslow. They managed a 44-39 win over the Southwest Onslow Stallions. The Panthers are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 15 straight.

East Duplin found their leader in sophomore Kinsey Cave, who went 5-for-12 on her way to 17 points and eight rebounds.

East Duplin pushed their record up to 24-2 with the victory, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.9 points over those games. As for Southwest Onslow, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-9.

East Duplin has already played their next game, a 53-28 win against Northeastern on the 4th. Southwest Onslow does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
