Volleyball Recap: Caprock Takes a Loss

Caprock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Plainview Bulldogs, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Longhorns have suffered against the Bulldogs since October 12, 2021.

While Caprock was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21, 25-17.

Caprock's defeat dropped their record down to 8-20. As for Plainview, their win bumped their record up to 14-19.

Caprock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plainview, they will head out to challenge Lubbock at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
