Basketball Recap: Yutan Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Yutan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 58-41 win over the Platteview Trojans on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Chieftains, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Mylee Tichota continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 23 points. Another player making a difference was Amelia Dieckman, who posted 13 points.

Platteview lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jolee Deweese, who put up 11 points. Maddy Stukenholtz was another key player, earning 14 points.
