Volleyball Recap: Columbia Comes Up Short

Columbia came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Tri-Cities Prep Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Columbia has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Tri-Cities Prep, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Columbia will head out to square off against Liberty Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Tri-Cities Prep, they will venture away from home to challenge Warden at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
