The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Bears considering their 27-point performance the match before.

Pierce's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Devin Garcia led the charge by going 10 for 15 on his way to 24 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Gavin Guynn, who went 9 of 15 en route to 20 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Pierce was working as a unit and finished the game with 24 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Paradise entered their contest against Winters on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Paradise fell 51-41 to Winters. The game was a 17-17 toss-up at halftime, but the Bobcats couldn't quite close it out.

Paradise's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 14-6. As for Pierce, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 9-15.
