North Phoenix Preparatory Academy's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
North Phoenix Preparatory Academy found their leader in underclassman Samantha Daniel, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Daniel continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Ellaina Wakeham, who scored eight points along with 20 rebounds and three steals.
North Phoenix Preparatory Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-12. As for Antelope, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-8.
North Phoenix Preparatory Academy will head out on the road to face off against Anthem Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Antelope, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Bagdad at 4:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Arizona (Bagdad is ranked 294th, while Antelope is ranked 306th).
