After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Creighton Prep, Burke was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Bryan Bears with a sharp 69-49 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Bulldogs considering their 25-point performance the matchup before.

Burke's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Michael White, who shot 80% from the field on his way to 17 points in addition to six rebounds and four blocks. White's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points.
