Chopticon entered their tilt with Northern on Monday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They blew past the Patriots 14-6. Considering the Braves have won six games by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Chopticon got a massive performance out of Noah Pessagno, who scored a run while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Norris, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI and one run.

Chopticon always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .590. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Chopticon's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Northern, they moved to 8-4 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Coming up, Chopticon will challenge Great Mills on Monday. As for Northern, they will be taking part in a tournament against Pikesville at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
