Soccer Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 6-0 to the White Longhorns. While losing is never fun, the Patriots can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 558th, while the Longhorns are ranked 265th).

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for White, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Jefferson will head out on the road to challenge Adamson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Jefferson is facing Adamson at the right time seeing as Adamson is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for White, they will be playing at home against Molina at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
