Basketball Recap: Wabasha-Kellogg Takes a Loss

Wabasha-Kellogg lost against Houston back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons took a 64-47 bruising from the Houston Hurricanes. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Houston got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Morgan Rohweder out in front who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 14 boards. Rohweder's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddox Rodriguez, who went 6 for 7 on his way to 14 points.

Wabasha-Kellogg's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Houston, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6.

Wabasha-Kellogg will welcome Chatfield at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Houston has already played their next matchup (against Mabel-Canton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
