Dade Christian entered their tilt with Cooper City on Thursday with four consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with five. Everything went their way against the Cooper City Cowboys as they made off with a 10-1 win. With that victory, the Warriors brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Dade Christian got a great performance from Leodan Rodriguez as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Rodriguez also tossed a walk, which is notable because Dade Christian is undefeated when he allows at most two walks, but 5-7 otherwise.

At the plate, Yael Amador was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Dade Christian is undefeated when Amador posts two or more runs, but 5-7 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Alexander Mendoza Jr, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Dade Christian now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Cooper City, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
