Soccer Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to the Lincoln Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in January.

Madison's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Lincoln, their win bumped their record up to 4-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Madison will challenge Pinkston at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Pinkston will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Madison surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lincoln, they will take on Conrad at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Conrad is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.5 goals per game this season.
