 There's no place like home for Mechanicsburg, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders  a   3-0 shutout  on Monday. That's more bragging rights for Mechanicsburg, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 For Bishop McDevitt's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kyan Askins, who  went 1-for-3 with a  stolen base.
 Mechanicsburg's win was  their ninth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 15-1-1. As for Bishop McDevitt, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost four of their last five games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record  this season.
 Mechanicsburg will  challenge Palmyra at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Bishop McDevitt, they will look to defend their home field  on Wednesday against Hershey at 4:15  p.m.
