Chelmsford had won six straight games and Ryan Heng did his part to make it seven on Monday. The Lions were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the North Andover Scarlet Knights thanks in part to Heng, who had 12 digs and three assists. He has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last three times he's played.

Chelmsford never let North Andover on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-17, 25-21.

Despite the loss, North Andover still got an impressive performance from Prady Mistry, who had 18 digs and two assists.

Chelmsford's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. As for North Andover, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-10.

Coming up, Chelmsford will head out to square off against Westford Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Andover, they will welcome Andover at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
