Vida Sanchez posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Tuesday. She rushed for 115 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Thanks to that big game, she is now up to 40 passing touchdowns on the season.

Looking ahead, Sanchez and San Ysidro will square off against Montgomery at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cougars are a perfect 4-0 against the Aztecs going back to October of 2023, a lead they'll look to extend.
