Meade River entered their tilt with Alak on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Huskies 3-0. That's the fifth time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory on Friday.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-23, 27-25.

Meade River's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Alak, their loss was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11.

Meade River wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Kali on the 8th. Alak has also already played their next matchup (against Tikigaq), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
