Ben Trompke, Loomis's leading rebounder, solidified his role on Friday. Trompke almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine rebounds. The effort also marked the highest three-point shooting accuracy (40%) he has had since back in February of 2024. He is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Looking ahead, Trompke and Loomis will look to defend their home court on Friday against Maxwell at 7:00 p.m. The last time Trompke took on the Wildcats, he went 9-for-13 on his way to 28 points and five boards.
