Southwestern is 10-0 against Riverdale since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Southwestern enjoyed a cozy 52-37 win over Iowa-Grant on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Wildcats have won by exactly 15 points.

Meanwhile, Riverdale scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They lost to Weston on the road by a 100-83 margin.

Riverdale's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Southwestern, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Southwestern against Riverdale in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured an 87-35 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Southwestern since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
