Baseball Recap: Nine Straight Home Wins for Anchor Bay

While Anchor Bay's win against Grosse Pointe North wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tars had just enough and edged out the Norsemen 4-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Tars, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Wes Tack looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single hit in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Isaiah Domey was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run. Ryan Ragland also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.2 runs over those games.
