Baseball Recap: Eastmoor Academy Makes It Nine in a Row on the Road

While Eastmoor Academy put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Walnut Ridge. The Warriors put the hurt on the Scots with a sharp 14-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Labron Williams made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Williams was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.

In other batting news, Damario Whitson was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Eastmoor Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .594. The last time their OBP was this high was was before the start of last season.
